ACG 600 has very precise control on movement of stone as compared to sudden impact on cots by conventional Machine leads to retain of rubber characteristics resulting better working, lower lapping/breakages on Ring Frame.

Dressing of Grinding stone is programmable which in turn gives more qualitative life of grinding stone. A well dressed stone provides smooth action on rubber surface reduces holes on rubber surface. In normal Grinding machine you cannot go below 0.1 mm cut (0.2 mm in Diameter), but with ACG-600 you can take a cut of 0.05 (0.1 mm in Diameter). Life of the cots may be higher around 6 months which comes to saving of approx. 5.46 Lacs/Annum in 65000 spindles Unit.
Precise sorting of Under & Over size cots is possible which gives even Uster values/Hairiness as there is no variation on Top Roller pressure. CSP CV %age will be more consistent.
